Grootbos Foundation takes part in Uthando Exhibition On the 17th of May, Susan and Viola took part in the exhibit which formed part of Uthando Charity Concert, held at the Table Bay Hotel. The exhibit included veggies and honey from Growing the Future, plants from the Green Futures Nursery, Trees from our Future Trees project, and of course, sports equipment from the Football Foundation! Uthando invited various projects to exhibit at their Charity Concert.

Together with Terra Nova Tours, Uthando put together a benefit concert to showcase some of the projects' extroadinary talent. The exhibit gave the various stakeholders in the tourism industry the opportunity to experience ways in which the exhibitors could benefit their colleagues in the tourism industry. The concert also included permformances by the Amy Biehl Foundation, Dance for All, Jikeleza Dance Project, Hout Bay Music Project, Neighbourhood Old Age Homes, Happy Feet Gumboot Dances and Thokozani Brothers Choir Group.

We were very proud of our exhibit and were suprised at how many people knew of us and what we do! We would like to thank Terra Nova and Uthando for giving us the opportunity for being part of this amazing event!
