Growing the Future Submits a Video Pitch for “Project Inspire: Five Minutes to Change the World”

Growing the Future have produced a video for “Project Inspire: 5 Minutes to Change the World”. “Project Inspire” presents 18 – 35 year olds with a five minute platform to pitch their inspired idea to the world and win a US$25 000 grant.

Project Inspire is a joint initiative by the Singapore Committee for UN Women and Mastercard to help young changemakers create a better world of opportunities for women and girls in Asia pacific, the Middle East and Africa.

The Growing the Future objective is to provide our eight female students with a comprehensive and empowering one year course in organic agriculture, permaculture, beekeeping, animal husbandry and life skills training. We also aim to equip our students with basic principles of successful, environmentally-conscious business practices. The training programme's ambition is to ensure the positive personal development of our students, with the added hope that our graduates can encourage an ever growing community.
